A life situation or event has no emotional value of it’s own… it is our relationship to the event that creates the positive or negative emotional reaction. Change your relationship to the event, you’ll change your emotional reaction as well as the way you experience the event… You might even finish finding it quiet enjoyable.

21.01.2013: “Make the best out of it”

Life is not a perfect science and often things just do not go the “perfect way”…

The “FreeFlow” way to deal with Life’s imperfections and sometimes nasty moments is just to make the best of each given situations

That is the absolute best we can do… it also force the mind to concentrate on “creating positive outcomes” rather than being anxious about what might or might not go wrong”. This creates a general positive emotional and physical state of being.

“Inner Freedom”: Lighten up your Life

It’s funny how, all of a sudden, you look around and realize that your life is so full, it gets hard to breathe… too much stuff of all kinds, too many appointments, too many projects, Too many social events, too many to-dos, too many “useless or negative thoughts”… etc…
The thing is, when you think of it, there are “things” we need…there are “things” we must… there are “things” we want… and than there is all the rest. All these things we “don’t need, must nor want (anymore)”, yet there around, crowding our lives.
I always say that “FreeFlow” is about finding “Inner Freedom” and I guess “Inner Freedom” is hard to find in an over-crowded life.
“FreeFlow” in action:
Redefine your “needs, musts and wants”, Lighten up your life of anything you “don’t need, must nor want (anymore)”.
