27.05.2013: Technique to release physical and emotional tensions

– take a few deep breaths, scan your body for tension

– breathe in nice and slow, as you puff your breath out (PFFFF sounding outbreath through the mouth), make the affirmation “ I let go of everything” & visualize the tension leaving your body through the mouth with the breath.

– repeat 5 to 10 time and see how much better you will feel
